Blackmores Valerian Forte provides temporary relief from insomnia, sleeplessness and disturbed sleep patterns. Valerian has traditionally been used to aid relaxation and improve sleep quality amongst habitually poor and irregular sleepers.

Herbal sedatives provide relief from sleeplessness and insomnia. While single doses can be helpful, evidence suggests that continuous use over one or two weeks will produce even better results. Valerian contains several groups of compounds including valerenic acid and its derivatives which may be responsible for its sedative activity.
Dosage Adults - Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bed, or when experiencing insomnia. Children (under 12 years) - As professionally prescribed.
