Nature's Sunshine | Lower Bowel Support (LBS II)

Nature's Sunshine Lower Bowel Support (formerly LBS II) is a gentle herbal laxative which supports proper waste elimination and encourages colon cleansing.

Take one to four capsules daily with a meal. For best results, use this product in combination with Psyllium.

(We recommend starting with 1 capsule a day with a meal for a couple of days, especially if you may have a sensitive gut. Slowly build up to find your own dosage level, be it 1 capsule, or 4 capsules a day.)
