Yes, for the most part we do. Sometimes there are brands that we choose to discontinue and this is due to a range of factors like a change in suppliers, pricing increases and availability. We aim to keep our shelves full and give you the best choice on the latest products in the health and wellness space.
From time to time we have to reassess where we are at as a business and make some tough choices and changes! With this being said we want you to know that if one thing is discontinued it is generally replaced with something even better. From time to time you might see 'backordered' on some product pages. This indicates that we sell this product but it is not currently on our warehouse shelves for dispatch. It will take an extra 1-3 days for these items to arrive before they are shipped to you. This is so that we can provide you with the very best dating possible on your items and avoids any extra stock going to waste and collecting dust on the shelf. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are constantly sourcing the latest and greatest product to bring to you, our valued customers.

Orders & Shipping
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
It will take up to 1-4 working days for your order to be fulfilled, but we always try to aim for an overnight delivery within NZ.
Occasionally there can be unforeseen delays to orders, we will do our best to contact you ASAP if this affects any item in your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority - we want you to be happy!
For international orders, shipping times will vary between 2-6 weeks under normal circumstances. At times there may be courier delays which are out of our control.
You will be charged in NZD. Regular shipping for all international orders is $60 NZD.

No sorry, we are an online company and do not allow pick-ups under normal circumstances. Although this is something that we are working on in the near future for all our local Timaru customers!
In special circumstances orders may be approved for pickups. Please contact our customer service team via email customerservice@mynaturalhealth.co.nz prior to placing your order for approval.
