New Zealand 

• Orders over $99 receive FREE shipping.
• All orders below this threshold are just $6.90.
• All rural delivery orders below this threshold are $9.90. 
  

Australia

• ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR NZ WAREHOUSE
• We now offer DHL EXPRESS Shipping for $35
• Shipping is $15AUD on all orders 
• Orders over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges - we will contact you
• Please use our Australian website, www.mynaturalhealth.com.au for all Australian orders.

Once processed, please allow 5 to 12 working days for your delivery. 

Please be mindful that we do our best to give accurate shipping timeframes but once dispatched and in transit, factors outside of our control can present themselves. There is continued volatility in the freight landscape worldwide and these timeframes are estimates only. 

 PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION FEES FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Please note that some banks may charge foreign transaction fees on credit card purchases, even for domestic transactions. These fees are set by your bank or card issuer and are not controlled by us. We recommend checking with your financial institution if you have questions about potential fees. Our business is located in New Zealand - therefore we encourage you to check with your credit or visa card company to see if charges will apply.

International

• Regular shipping for all international orders is $60 NZD.
• Bulk orders or shipping the exceeds our threshold will be charged accordingly and you will be contacted and advised of any extra costs 
• You will be charged in NZD. 
• Please email customerservice@mynaturalhealth.co.nz for International order queries and quotes for shipping to your country 

Shipping times will vary between 2-4 weeks under normal circumstances. At times there may be courier delays which are out of our control. Based on your country’s regulations, you may be liable for tax so be sure to check this. If you are uncertain, you can confirm with your country’s customs authority before placing your order. My Natural Health is not liable for customs charges and additional tax on international orders and this remains the responsibility of the recipient.  

Processing Orders

• It will take up to 1 - 4 working days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. 
• If we do not have the products in stock, which can happen occasionally, we will let you know if there is a hold up with your order and if delivery needs to be extended.
• Products on backorder take an additional 2-4 working days to get to you. 
• Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE on all orders.

 

Ordering Guidelines for Heat Sensitive Products:

My Natural Health will endeavour keep probiotics as cool as possible but can't guarantee that your products will arrive in a cool state or that your local courier driver will make allowance for heat sensitive products. If there's a cool spot in particular where you'd like your parcel left, please use the 'Delivery Instructions' field at checkout to relay this message to us and we'll make sure it’s marked on your parcel.

Please note, if you order heat sensitive products on a Wednesday after the last courier at 12pm, your order will be sent the following Monday.

CDS22 Probiotics

Keep refrigerated (+2-8°C). CDS22 contains live bacteria which are sensitive to heat, it is therefore recommended to keep the product refrigerated and away from light. However, it may be stored at room temperature (maximum +25°C) for up to one week without affecting its potency. Avoid high temperatures.

Australian customers who choose to order CDS22 take full responsibility and accept the risk that their order may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control with freight disturbances. All CDS22 is shipped with multiple ice packs to maintain a low temperature whilst in transit. Upon purchase you accept theses conditions.
