are intentionally designed for the super sweaty sessions, heavy/salty sweaters, hot climates & where salt needs are high.

Best times to use:
TO START REPLENISHED:
Day before a race: Sip one sachet in 500-750mL
45-90mins prior to race start or intense exercise & training sessions: Sip one sachet in 500mL

TO STAY REPLENISHED:
- During/post exercise for heavy sweaters & salty sweaters. (for light/moderate sweaters try our Everyday Electrolytes)
- During/post saunas.
- Activity/working in hot climates.
- Post endurance races to quickly replace lost salts.

Add one sachet to 500-750mL of cold water.

Give it a good shake/stir, if you notice some settle to the bottom when it has sat for a while just give it a shake before you sip.
