Our Everyday Electrolytes
are intentionally designed for mildly sweaty sessions, non salty sweaters & supporting optimum everyday activity.

Best times to use:
First thing in the morning, 30-60mins prior to or during moderate exercise, training sessions & racing, at sports days, when travelling, as an afternoon pick me up!

For high intensity sessions, heavy sweaters, hot climates and where salts needs are higher, try Hydee Ultra Electrolytes.

Add one sachet to a small amount of water, give it a good shake/stir then top up with 500 mL of cold water.

Give it a good shake/stir, if you notice some settle to the bottom when it has sat for a while just give it a shake before you sip.
