The foundation of health starts in the gut. Clinical studies show bovine colostrum supports intestinal barrier integrity and overall gut health.
Our colostrum is sourced from pasture-raised, free-range cows from New Zealand’s Southern Alps. Each batch is gently processed to help preserve naturally occurring Immunoglobulin G. Independently tested 20% IgG+.
We choose colostrum that is responsibly collected, tested for quality, and made without unnecessary extras. No additives, no fillers, no preservatives. Just a premium whole food ingredient, treated with the care it deserves.

20% IgG Bovine Colostrum (100%) [Milk]
Made in New Zealand, packed in Australia
Our recommended serving size is 1 scoop (3 g) daily.
Consistency matters more than timing. Many people prefer taking it:
In the morning
Around training
Between meals
You can have it with cold water or add to your smoothies, yoghurt, etc.
We generally recommend avoiding very hot liquids. Excessive heat may affect some naturally occurring bioactive compounds in colostrum.
Warm drinks are generally preferred over boiling temperatures.
Some people choose to take multiple serves depending on their routine and goals. However, consistency tends to matter more than very high intakes.
