Boost your immune system this winter with this delicious Pear & Ginger Smoothie!
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pear (can use frozen if you want)
1/2 frozen banana
A few pieces of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup milk or nut milk
1Tbsp Good Health Manuka Honey
1Tbsp Natava Superfoods - Organic Chia Seeds
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or nutri-bullet and process until everything is smooth and combined. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a couple of ice cubed before processing.
