Naturo Pharm Crampmed Relief has been formulated to help restore normal muscle function and movement. Supports the bodys response to cramp. It is the natural solution for sports people as it contains absolutely no drugs. Crampmed Relief is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage Oral Spray
Acute:Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic:Use 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required.
Tablets
Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.

For external use, Crampmed Relief Gel is quickly absorbed, non-greasy and will not stain clothing. Apply liberally to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required.

Ingredients Crampmed Relief contains homoeopathic potencies of Cuprum Metallicum, Convallaria, Hypericum, Lathyrus Sat, Mag Phos, Rhus Tox, Sulphur and Veratrum Viride all in a 30c potency.

Crampmed Relief Gel contains tinctures of Arnica 2.5%, Capsicum 1.5%, Echinacea 0.5% and Hypericum 2.5% along with homoeopathic potencies of Belladonna 6x and Hepar Sulph 6xn a non-greasy paraben free gel base.
