- Sepia is an important uterine remedy, and traditionally recommended for menopausal difficulties, eg hot flushes, sweats, migraine, scanty, irregular periods, and feelings of irritability.
- Ignatia helps to calm the changeable "hot and cold" effect of the symptoms both physically and mentally.
- Conchae is a natural calcium and has calming effect both physically and mentally.

These combined remedies help reduce the frequency and severity of the unpleasant symptoms of menopause.

Dosage:
Take 15 drops (Adult) three times daily at least 15 minutes before meals.
