Primary active ingredients

Elderflower – An anti-inflammatory and decongestant herb. Helps to ease and eliminate mucus and upper respiratory tract congestion.

Ribwort – A potent demulcent which helps to soothe dry or irritated mucus membranes. Supports less catarrh secretions and easy breathing.

Echinacea – Boosts healthy immune defences and acts an anti-inflammatory. It helps reduce discomfort when unwell and supports against upper respiratory infections.

All ingredients:

Each mL of this certified organic product contains:
Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) dry flower extract 250 microlitres (derived from 125mg dry flower).
Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort) fresh leaf extract 250 microlitres (derived from 125mg fresh leaf).
Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 150 microlitres (derived from 75mg dry root).
In a base of glycerol, purified water, apple (juice concentrate), orange and peppermint flavour.
Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Infants 0 to 1 yr: 0.1 - 0.5mL
Children 1 to 2 yrs: 0.5 - 1mL
Children 2 to 4 yrs: 1 - 1.5mL
Children 4 to 6 yrs: 1.5 - 3mL
Children 6 to 12 yrs: 3 - 5mL
Adults: 5 - 10ml (for sensitive types or those wishing to avoid alcohol).

Take 2 – 3 times daily.
Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately.
Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Suitable for use during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction. Temporary harmless tingling in the mouth may occur immediately after taking as a natural effect of high quality Echinacea – this is normal and indicative of the quality & potency of Echinacea.
