Harker Herbals | Liver Tonic

Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily. Take one hour before meals.

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10
seconds before swallowing if possible.

Not to be taken whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.

This is an original Malcolm Harker tonic. Malcolm advised that some nausea may occur as the liver gets down to its cleansing work. If nausea does occur, stop taking the tonic for 1-2 days, rest and take peppermint tea. You can resume taking the tonic once the nausea subsides. Malcolm also recommended:
taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt
adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp

With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.

Each 5ml dose contains: Dried herbs: Black Cohosh Root, Wormwood, Vervain, Yellow Dock Root, Turkey Rhubarb Root and Chamomile Flower
111.11 mg each, Kumarahou Flower 13.89 mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit, Kelp
and Ginger Root 11.11 mg, Licorice Root 5.21 mg.
Essential oils: Aniseed, Fennel, Clove Bud, Coriander, Lemon, Lime and Cajeput 0.001 mg plus Iodine 0.83 mcg.
