SporeBiotic™
Adults take: Week 1-8: Take 1 capsule daily. Take with a meal.

Gut Food
Adults take: Week 5-8: Take 4 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic™ and Good Guts. Take with or without a meal.

Good Guts
Adults take: Week 5-8: Take 3 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic™ and Gut Food. Take with or without a meal.

Maintenance dosing: After completing the Gutsi® Gut Reset Kit, continue with a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily of SporeBiotic™ for continued support. Gut Food and Good Guts can be taken intermittently 2-3 times a week after completing this reset to maintain great gut health.
