Adults (12 years and over): 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) daily. Mix in 200ml water or juice daily.

Children 6-12 years: 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) daily. Mix in 200ml water or juice daily.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contains products derived from Algae-some people can be intolerant.
As this product supports detoxification, make sure you drink your 6-8 glasses of water daily to flush the toxins through.
If you are taking any prescribed medications we recommend you check with your healthcare professional before taking supplements
May increase blood pressure. Care required for people on blood pressure medication.
Not to be taken with blood thinning medication.
People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
