Nature's Sunshine 5-W

Natures Sunshine Description: 5-W [Glandular]. This herbal blend supplies nutrients supportive of the female glandular and reproductive systems. The formula contains natural minerals found in plants, which support vitality and healthy tissue growth.

Benefits:
Eases muscle spasms, relieves pain, and reduces the anxiety and irritability often
associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
Typically used during a woman`s third trimester, but no later than during the last five
weeks of pregnancy.
Also used to help dysmenorrhoea, hot flushes, menstrual problems, miscarriage,
morning sickness, and preparation for delivery.

Avoid use in trimester 1 & 2

Take 2 capsules three times daily with a meal.

Do not use where vasodilative migraine headaches are present as black cohosh exacerbates this type of migraine. Some midwifes caution that using black cohosh during the last 5 weeks of pregnancy may increase bleeding during labour in some women.
If a tendency towards heavy bleeding exists do not use this formula.

Avoid use in trimester 1 & 2.

Squaw Vine Whole Plant (Mitchella repens)
Dong Quai Root (Angelica polymorpha)
Butcher’s Broom Root (Ruscus aculeatus)
Red Raspberry Leaves (Rubus idaeus)

Also contains: Gelatin, water.
