RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Adults (ages 12+): 2 capsules a day.

However, if you are deficient it is not enough. We recommend taking BePure Zinc Restore to get your levels back up to where they need to be and then maintaining this level with BePure One.

BePure Zinc Restore may reduce effectiveness of some medications, if taken together at the same time.

Do not take BePure Zinc Restore on an empty stomach, this may result in nausea.
