Svetol Green Coffee: The main active ingredient within green coffee, chlorogenic acid, has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. These actions are central to appetite control and ultimately the management of body composition.
Green Tea: Geen tea is a rich source of catechins, shown to stimulate thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Green tea extract also contains caffeine, another ingredient with acknowledged thermogenic properties. Green Tea has also been used to limit weight regain after weight loss.


Cayenne: Capsaicin is the principal capsaicinoid in chilli peppers. Human studies observed a larger increase in energy expenditure directly after a meal containing red cayenne pepper, as well as a reduction in food intake.
