Arnica supports the body's natural response to injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise and exertion.
Supports normal defense mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.
Also supports the body's natural ability to cope with long distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns.
Arnica Oral Spray:
Acute: Take 2 sprays per dose orally every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Take 2 sprays per dose orally 3 times a day as required.
Arnica Cream:
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

a mother tincture of the herb Arnica Montana 5% in a non-greasy, paraben free, cream base.
Do not apply to broken skin. Follow the standard "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury.
Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs.
Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if injuries are serious.
