Suggested Use:

Prosgenia A: Prevention long term – 1 capsule daily in the morning 30 minutes before food. Restorative short term (six months) - 2 capsules daily in the morning 30 minutes before food, but start with 1 capsule a day for 1 week, before increasing to 2 capsules.

Prosgenia B: Adults: Prevention long-term - 1 capsule daily in the evening 30 minutes before food, or as directed by your health care professional.
