Weleda Gencydo 0.1% Eye Drops
Relieves red, irritated streaming eyes, often associated with allergies and hayfever. It acts as an astringent on all watery conditions eg allergic conjunctivitis. (Some people may find they experience a slight prickling sensation when they first put the eye drops in, but this passes quickly.)
Also indicated for streaming eyes from bronchial asthma, sinusitis and pleurisy.
Gencydo preparations are composed of lemon juice and quince juice, which strengthen and soothe mucous membranes. The remedies act as an astringent to help reduce excessive fluid levels and the inflammation associated with allergic reactions.
Directions (child 6 years to adult): Remove white cap, put your thumb onto green cap and fingers onto bottom of bottle, turn bottle upside down, pump the green cap to release first drop.
Instil 1 drop into the affected eye, 1 to 3 times a day, or as directed by your health care professional.
If symptoms persist, consult your health care professional.

Each 1g (1mL) contains: Citrus limon, fruit juice 0.8-1.2mg, equiv. 0.065mg fruit acids calculated as citric acid; Extract equiv. fresh: Cydonia oblonga, fruit 1mg.
